What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control access points to the location, verifying credentials of individuals entering and exiting the premises to help to deter unauthorized entry.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to identify and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns.
• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and by responding appropriately to inquiries or requests for assistance.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols to address security-related events.
• Document and report all security-related incidents, observations, and activities as required by site procedures and Allied Universal guidelines.
• Support emergency response activities as appropriate, including coordinating with local authorities and assisting in evacuation procedures if needed.
• Enforce location rules and regulations to help to deter prohibited items or activities within the logistics and distribution environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
