What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting a secure environment within government-related healthcare locations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related concerns to management and/or law enforcement as directed.
• Assist with access control protocols to help to deter unauthorized entry into restricted areas of the premises.
• Support emergency response activities, including evacuations and/or medical emergencies, following established protocols.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and any security-related observations as required by Allied Universal policies.
• Interact with visitors, staff, and/or the public in a professional and courteous manner, providing assistance as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
