We are seeking an experienced operational leader to take the next step in their career as a security operations manager for the Wilkes-Barre, Scranton, and Lehigh Valley markets based in Kingston, PA. In this role, you will serve as the Client Services Manager by taking a hands-on approach to fostering a culture centered on GardaWorld\'s core values, integrity, trust, vigilance, and respect. This role is pivotal in driving the branch towards exceeding key performance indicators, expanding the business into new markets, pioneering leadership initiatives, and client retention.

The Client Services Manager should be affluent in problem-solving by taking a hands-on approach to find resolutions, demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication in a business atmosphere, and have a proven experience in leadership roles effectively building trusting and engaging relationships with employees.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serves as the liaison between the organization and GardaWorld\'s customers.
  • Supervise the day-to-day security service provided to the facilities and ensure service is of the highest standards - capable of representing GardaWorld as the premier provider of security services in the industry.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and employees and serve as the liaison between GardaWorld, our clients, and our assigned staff
  • Meet regularly with clients to address problems and offer solutions, provide status updates, communicate needs, and ensure contract compliance and complete customer satisfaction
  • Participate in the recruitment, selection, orientation, training, and continual development of staff assigned to the accounts
  • Routinely visit and inspect supervisors and security officers assigned to accounts within the business unit, including but not limited to reviewing reports, providing training & guidance, evaluating proficiency ensuring compliance to contract specifications as well as GardaWorld policy, aiding when necessary, and initiating corrective action as required
  • Maintain thorough knowledge and understanding of post specifications, post orders, instructions, patrol areas, zones, emergency procedures, staffing requirements/priorities, client policies and procedures, and any other information necessary for the effective and efficient operation within the business unit
  • Maintain compliance with established operating policies, procedures, requirements, and commitments including the GardaWorld Mandatory Requirements and a focus on Quality Objectives.
  • Review and/or develop all master schedules for all accounts within the business unit ensuring proper security coverage is always maintained. Arrange for emergency coverage when required.
  • Responsible for payroll & billing accuracy within the business unit.
  • Use effective corrective action measures and techniques to correct Supervisor/Security Officer infractions of either Client or GardaWorld Security\'s policies and procedures. Ensures complete and concise documentation is maintained in all matters of corrective action.

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of operational management experience in a service-providing industry
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Must successfully pass an extensive background screening which may include criminal record checks (local, state, and federal), and a drug test.
  • A negative result on pre-employment drug screen.
Preferred Experience and Education:
  • Security operations experience of 500 hours per week or more
  • College degree in a business-related field of study
  • Former security, military, or law enforcement experience
