Key Responsibilities:

Respond to alarms and emergencies swiftly and effectively. Communicate clearly with team members and clients; produce detailed reports. Provide exceptional customer service and support corporate safety programs. Coordinate emergency responses and review incident reports to enhance safety. Utilize systems like CCURE and Genetec for monitoring and security management.

Qualifications:

Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. Experience in contract security, military, law enforcement, or corrections. Previous SOC experience is a must. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams). Must possess a valid AZ Unarmed Guard Card and Driver's License.

Corporate Requirements:

High School Diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent education. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. Strong commitment to security rules and safety protocols.
