We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Security Officer/Customer Service representative to join our team in Arlington, TX. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises Answer alarms and investigate disturbances Patrol premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates Answer telephone calls to take messages, answer questions, and provide information during non-business hours or when switchboard is closed Provide excellent customer service to all visitors and employees Complete daily activity reports, incident reports, and other documentation as required Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent Valid Texas driver's license Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods of time Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
