As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated logistics and distribution locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. Mon 03:00 PM - 10:30 PM
Thur 03:00 PM - 10:30 PM
What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the logistics and distribution location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Monitor access points and observe activities within the location to help to deter theft, vandalism, or other unwanted behaviors.
• Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences according to Allied Universal and client protocols.
• Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and delivery personnel, providing assistance and information as needed.
• Support emergency response activities and coordinate with local authorities or site management when required.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR certification is preferred.
• A valid Security Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
