is looking for dependable, motivated Security Officers to strengthen our expanding team. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and property. Key Responsibilities:

Maintain the safety and security of people, property, and facilities at all times. Conduct routine patrols and monitor surveillance systems to detect and prevent suspicious activity. Control access to buildings and respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or incidents. Document and report irregularities, enforce site policies, and manage trespassing professionally. Direct vehicle and pedestrian traffic and assist with access control as needed. Prepare accurate incident and activity reports. Inspect and maintain security equipment and building systems to ensure proper operation. Support compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and applicable laws.

Qualifications:

Valid Florida Class D Security License (required) Valid Florida Driver's License with reliable transportation (required) Availability for overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts Professional appearance and demeanor Basic computer skills and familiarity with reporting systems Strong communication and customer service skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required Must have a smartphone for communication and reporting Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure
