As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol retail and distribution locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and supporting a secure environment. Your duties include conducting regular patrols, maintaining a visible presence, and delivering excellent customer service. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver's license, as you will be responsible for patrolling areas by vehicle while upholding Allied Universal's values of integrity, teamwork, and people-first service.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, communicating with appropriate personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and support a secure environment.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and loading areas to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity, adapting to the needs of retail and logistics environments.
• Observe and report any security-related irregularities, hazards, or incidents to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives as required.
• Assist visitors, employees, and delivery personnel with directions and information while maintaining a professional presence.
• Support access control procedures, including verifying credentials and/or deliveries, as required by site policies.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
