As a Security Officer - Real Estate Patrol in Greensboro, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols throughout a commercial real estate location. This primarily driving post involves staying visible, monitoring assigned areas, and providing outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify potential issues.
• Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential problems and provide assistance to employees, tenants, and visitors as needed.
• Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences according to Allied Universal protocols.
• Work collaboratively with site staff and local authorities when necessary to address incidents or emergencies.
• Remain alert to surroundings and conditions, adapting to varying working environments as required by the client site.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
