As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a healthcare location, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting regular patrols and maintaining a visible presence throughout the site. Your role includes monitoring assigned areas, assisting with any issues that arise, and providing outstanding customer service to patients, visitors, and staff. You will also utilize computers or tablets as part of your daily responsibilities. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and, when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare environment.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities.
• Observe and report any suspicious activities and/or security-related hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Collaborate with on-site staff and first responders as needed during emergency situations.
• Maintain clear and concise communication with Allied Universal management and site personnel regarding security-related matters.
• Complete detailed reports documenting patrol activities, incidents, and observations as required by site protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
