ONE Security Company (OSC) is seeking professional and dependable individuals to join our team as Security Officers in Pendleton, Oregon. This position offers consistent hours and the opportunity to work in a stable, team-oriented environment.

Position Overview

The Security Officer is responsible for maintaining a safe and orderly environment by observing and reporting activity, responding to incidents, and ensuring that all safety and security standards are upheld. Officers are expected to provide excellent customer service, communicate clearly, and represent the company with professionalism.

Primary Duties:

Monitor premises for safety, security, and facility concerns. Conduct periodic foot patrols and document findings through digital reports. Identify and respond to unusual activity or safety hazards. Communicate effectively with site staff and visitors. Follow established procedures during incidents or emergencies. Perform other security-related duties as assigned.

Skills and Abilities

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer literacy. Reliable and detail-oriented. Capable of standing and walking for extended periods. Able to apply sound judgment and discretion when handling situations. CPR/First Aid certification preferred (training available if needed). Familiarity with radios or communication devices.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age. High school diploma or equivalent required. Must have a clean criminal history. Dependable, professional, and customer service-oriented. Drug free. Prior security experience preferred but not required.
