As a Loss Prevention Officer at Omni Hilton Head, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, secure, and serene environment for our guests and team members. You'll be responsible for upholding the hotel's policies and procedures while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere throughout the property. Your attention to detail will be key in accurately documenting incidents and completing reports in accordance with standards set by the Director of Loss Prevention.

+ Monitor and report on all assigned areas with diligence and attention to detail. + Maintain clear and professional communication using radio equipment, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
+ Identify and document any unsafe conditions while patrolling the hotel grounds, proactively supporting a safe environment.
+ Safeguard the property of the hotel, guests, and team members, helping to preserve the high standards of the Omni experience.
+ Uphold a polished and professional appearance at all times, reflecting the brand's commitment to excellence.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in security or loss prevention is preferred. Current certification in Red Cross First Aid and CPR required. * Must be available to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
