We are seeking disciplined and dependable Security Officers to join our hospitality security team. This position is ideal for individuals who keeps excellence on the forefront, take their work seriously, present themselves professionally, and can interact confidently with hotel guests, management, and local law enforcement when needed.

Position Summary

As a Security Officer, you will play a key role in safeguarding our guests, team members, and property while upholding the hotel's standards for exceptional service and operational excellence. Your commitment to vigilance, professionalism, and guest-focused service helps ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all.

Responsibilities

Monitor and patrol hotel premises (interior and exterior) to detect and address potential safety hazards or security concerns. Respond promptly and appropriately to emergencies including fire, medical, or safety incidents. Promote and enforce safe work practices in compliance with company policy and legal standards. Prepare clear, professional incident reports and communicate effectively with hotel management and authorities. Maintain a courteous, professional demeanor at all times you represent both the property and our brand.

Requirements

Professional appearance and punctuality are mandatory. Must have

reliable transportation

and

a working phone.

Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain calm and confident under pressure. Prior hotel, event, or corporate security experience preferred (not required).
