As a Security Officer - Manufacturing Patrol Specialist in Tolleson, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help maintain a secure environment for employees and visitors. Your visible presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or unusual situations encountered during patrols.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and employees at the location.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as required.
• Document incidents and daily activities in accordance with Allied Universal protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• A valid guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
