As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help to deter security-related incidents and promote a secure environment. This is a driving post. You will remain visible throughout your shift, conduct routine patrols, and interact with employees and visitors to provide exceptional customer service. What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, adhering to site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergency situations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or potential hazards encountered during patrols within the facility.
• Assist employees, visitors, and contractors with access procedures and general inquiries related to security-related matters.
• Document incidents and complete required reports accurately and promptly as part of daily responsibilities.
• Work collaboratively with site personnel and Allied Universal team members to maintain a secure environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Applicants must provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Experience in loss prevention is preferred.
• Experience providing customer service is preferred.
• Applicants should be comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
