As an Allied Universal Security Officer assigned to an access control post in a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor entry and exit points, conduct routine patrols, and help to deter security-related incidents. What You'll Do:

• Monitor and control access points to help to deter unauthorized entry into the manufacturing and industrial location.
• Verify credentials of individuals entering and exiting the premises to support site-specific access control procedures.
• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures and responding to inquiries.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter suspicious activity and report any irregularities.
• Document and report any security-related incidents, unusual activities, or maintenance issues observed during patrols.
• Collaborate with site personnel and/or Allied Universal management to address security-related concerns or emergencies as needed.
• Assist with emergency response activities in accordance with location policies and procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
