As a Security Professional - Manufacturing Access Control in Coatesville, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more.
As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will play a key role in monitoring and patrolling assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents. What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Monitor and control access to the location, verifying credentials of employees, visitors, and contractors in accordance with established procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and report any unusual activity.
• Document and report all security-related incidents, observations, and/or policy violations according to company and client requirements.
• Assist with the enforcement of site-specific policies and procedures to help to deter policy violations and maintain order.
• Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal management to address security-related concerns specific to a manufacturing and industrial environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
