As a Security Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our organization. What you'll do

Monitor and authorize access to the facility for employees, visitors, contractors, and carriers. Conduct regular patrols of the premises to deter theft and ensure safety protocols are followed. Operate and monitor CCTV systems to maintain surveillance over key areas. Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, coordinating with local law enforcement or emergency services when necessary. Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of security activities. Engage in conflict management to resolve disputes effectively while maintaining a calm environment.

Basic qualifications

Strong observational skills with attention to detail. Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergency situations effectively.

Preferred qualifications

Previous experience in law enforcement or military service. Certification in first aid and CPR. Familiarity with surveillance systems including CCTV operations. Proven skills in conflict management and loss prevention strategies.
