As a Security Officer with

American Security Force

, you will serve and safeguard clients while providing exceptional customer service in a professional setting. This role includes greeting and directing visitors, performing regular foot patrols, and ensuring the security and safety of client sites.

Responsibilities:

Greet, welcome, direct, and announce visitors in a professional and friendly manner Maintain regular foot patrols according to prescribed schedules Monitor premises and respond to any unusual sounds, odors, or suspicious activity Lock/unlock gates and doors as needed Respond to problem situations and escalate as appropriate Maintain thorough documentation including Daily Activity Reports and Incident Reports Communicate with clients, supervisors, vendors, contractors, and the public professionally Travel between assigned locations throughout the shift as needed Ensure consistent service excellence and customer satisfaction

Minimum Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years of age High school diploma or equivalent, OR 5 years of verifiable experience Must have a valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record Must possess an active California Guard Card Strong customer service skills required Must be able to walk, stand, and travel between job sites during shifts Available on weekends As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background check and drug screening in accordance with federal, state, and local laws
