What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues within a logistics and distribution environment.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points to help control entry and exit, while observing for unusual or suspicious activity.
• Communicate promptly with Allied Universal management and/or site supervisors regarding incidents, hazards, or other concerns identified during patrols.
• Document observations and incidents according to site protocols and Allied Universal standards.
• Support emergency response efforts and assist with site evacuations, if needed, following established procedures.
• Work collaboratively with logistics and distribution staff to help maintain a secure and orderly environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
