Your responsibilities will include monitoring access points, conducting routine patrols, and remaining visible throughout the site. You will play a key role in supporting a collaborative environment, providing exceptional customer service, and upholding our values of agility, reliability, and integrity every day.

What You'll Do:

• Assist with access control procedures by verifying credentials and monitoring entry and exit points at the logistics and distribution location.
• Provide customer service by greeting visitors, answering questions, and assisting with directions as needed.
• Carry out security-related procedures and follow site-specific policies to help maintain order within the location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues as necessary.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the business and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or security-related concerns.
• Document observations, incidents, and activities in detailed reports according to Allied Universal standards.
• Collaborate with site management and Allied Universal supervisors to address security-related needs and concerns.
• Remain alert to potential security-related risks and communicate observations promptly.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
