At GardaWorld, we know your compensation is important so we provide competitive hourly starting rates for every market we\'re in. We\'re growing our team here in Virginia Beach, VA.

**Must have active armed DCJS license*
Compensation: Starting at $16.00/hour
Schedule: Varying shifts, requires open availability including weekends

About the job:

• You will be responsible for filling in for call outs and extra coverage shifts
• Excellent customer service is always your top priority.
• You observe, survey the area and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.
• You provide rapid response in critical situations.
• You\'re good with reading and writing detailed reports.
• You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations and standards.
• Personnel inspections across a book of business including multiple sites, clients, and officers
• Reporting to a single Client Services Manager
• Attending to incidents on site and performing accurate digital reports
• Performing progressive discipline including verbal warnings, written warnings, and elevation of discipline to the Client Services Manager

Your background:

• 2 years of previous supervisor experience within security
• Experience performing progressive discipline
• Experience performing accurate digital reporting
• Efficient and reliable time management skills
• You have a high school education or equivalent (GED)
• You\'re able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience - even better!
• You have an active security license
• Valid driver\'s license
• Reliable transportation
