As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a healthcare setting, you will actively monitor and patrol assigned areas such as hospital units, entry points, and sensitive locations. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as needed in a healthcare environment.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential issues.
• Observe and report any suspicious activities or hazards to the appropriate personnel and/or authorities.
• Assist with the management of access control and visitor registration processes in accordance with facility protocols.
• Collaborate with staff and first responders during emergencies and/or drills to help support a coordinated response.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of daily activities, incidents, and/or irregularities observed during patrols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Hospital vaccination requirements must be met.
• Ability to work in hospital environments including morgue areas is required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to restrain individuals in a hospital setting is required.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
