As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a healthcare location, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols throughout the facility. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare environment.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare location and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
• Observe and report any security-related irregularities, unusual activity, or potential hazards encountered during patrols.
• Collaborate with healthcare staff and Allied Universal team members to address security-related concerns and support the overall functioning of the facility.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all incidents, activities, and observations as required by site protocols.
• Assist in managing access control and visitor management procedures to help to deter unauthorized entry to restricted areas.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be comfortable working in a hospital environment, including areas such as the morgue and assisting with restraining individuals as required.
• Must comply with hospital vaccination requirements.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
