As a Security Professional - Hospital Driving Role in Greensburg, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help maintain a secure environment for staff, visitors, and patients. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, staying visible to help deter security-related incidents, and providing exceptional customer service and communication. This position requires driving as part of your responsibilities, so a valid driver's license is necessary. What You'll Do:

• Provide excellent customer service to clients, staff, and visitors within the healthcare location by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and by responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism in all interactions.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and observe for any irregularities within the healthcare environment.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and general areas within the location to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.
• Document observations, incidents, and/or activities in accordance with Allied Universal and client site guidelines.
• Communicate and collaborate with staff and/or emergency personnel as needed to support a secure environment within the healthcare location.
• Remain alert and aware of surroundings to promptly report any security-related concerns or hazards within the facility.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
