Oversight Security is looking for a dependable and professional
Security Guard
to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure the safety and security of the property, enforce parking regulations, and respond appropriately to incidents during overnight hours.Responsibilities
Patrol and perform walkthroughs of buildings and property grounds Issue vehicle violations and boot vehicles when necessary Contact 911 in emergency situations Write and submit detailed reports when due Operate a golf cart safely during patrols Learn and follow company policies and procedures De-escalate situations calmly and maintain professionalism
Requirements
Bilingual (English and Spanish preferred)
Valid Driver's License and Class D License (required)
Must be 18 years or older Ability to work independently on overnight shifts Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to remain calm in stressful situations Reliable and punctualPay and Schedule
