As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and fostering a secure environment for patients, visitors, and staff. Job Schedule: Day Time
Mon 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
Sun 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting staff, visitors, and patients as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
• Observe and report any unusual activity, hazards, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols or while on duty.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare staff and visitors to support a secure environment in accordance with Allied Universal guidelines and client expectations.
• Maintain detailed and accurate logs and reports of daily activities, incidents, and any security-related matters encountered during the shift.
• Follow all site-specific procedures and instructions provided by Allied Universal and the healthcare facility.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
