As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a healthcare location, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence throughout the facility. You will play a key role in supporting a secure environment for staff, patients, and visitors while providing exceptional customer service and clear communication. Wed 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Fri 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare environment.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the needs of the healthcare location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or incidents to the appropriate personnel according to established protocols.
• Assist with access control by verifying credentials and monitoring entrances and exits as required by site-specific policies.
• Support the healthcare location by maintaining a visible Allied Universal presence and providing information or assistance as needed.
• Follow all company and site-specific procedures while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
