As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to those at the healthcare location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the healthcare environment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist visitors, patients, and staff with directions and general information as needed.
• Support access control procedures and monitor entrances and exits to help to deter unauthorized entry.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare staff and Allied Universal team members to address security-related needs specific to the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
