Tue 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
Wed 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
Thur 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare environment.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the needs of staff, patients, and visitors.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or potential threats.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related incidents to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, helping to maintain an orderly environment within the location.
• Support hospital staff with security-related needs, including assisting in emergency situations and/or drills as required.
• Maintain a visible presence to help to deter unwanted activity and provide reassurance to patients, visitors, and staff.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
