As a Security Officer - Healthcare Facility Patrols in Philadelphia, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Security Officer with Allied Universal at a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will play a key role in supporting a secure environment while providing outstanding customer service and communication to all visitors and staff. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare setting.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting with security-related issues as they arise.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior. Working environments and conditions may vary by location.
• Observe and report any irregularities such as property damage, unusual occurrences, or unauthorized persons on the premises.
• Assist with access control procedures, monitoring entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access.
• Communicate promptly with Allied Universal management and client representatives regarding security-related matters and/or incidents.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
