As a Security Officer - Healthcare Front Desk in Saint Paul, MN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more.
As a Front Desk Security Officer with Allied Universal at a leading healthcare location, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, patients, and staff. What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors, patients, and staff in a professional manner while monitoring access to the facility.
• Verify identification and credentials of individuals entering the location to help to deter unauthorized access.
• Maintain a visible presence at the front desk to help to deter security-related incidents and provide customer service assistance.
• Monitor security-related systems and/or alarms, and report any irregularities or incidents to the appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner according to site-specific procedures.
• Assist with emergency response activities as directed by site protocols and Allied Universal guidelines.
• Document observations, incidents, and security-related activities in daily logs as required.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with visitors, staff, and Allied Universal management, following site-specific policies and procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
