As a Front Desk Security Officer with Allied Universal at a healthcare location, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and secure environment for all visitors, patients, and staff. What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to all visitors, staff, and patients by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying identification and/or credentials of individuals entering the premises.
• Assist with visitor management, including logging visitors and issuing temporary badges as required.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, visitors, and emergency personnel as needed.
• Maintain a visible presence at the front desk to help to deter unauthorized access and/or disruptive behavior.
• Document and report security-related incidents, unusual activities, and/or policy violations according to Allied Universal and client procedures.
• Support emergency response activities as directed, including assisting with evacuation procedures and/or providing information to first responders.

Minimum Requirements:

• A Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
