As a Security Officer - Healthcare Facility Patrol in Eden Prairie, MN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Security Professional with Allied Universal in a healthcare setting, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a visible presence throughout the location. You will interact with visitors, staff, and patients, offering exceptional customer service and strong communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, delivering security-related support as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and observe for potential concerns.
• Complete required reports and documentation related to daily activities, incidents, and/or observations.
• Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and/or emergency personnel as needed to address security-related situations.
• Follow healthcare facility protocols and guidelines to help maintain a secure environment for patients, staff, and visitors.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
