As a Security Officer - Healthcare Campus Patrol in Hardeeville, SC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol various areas within a healthcare setting to help maintain a secure environment for staff, patients, and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including responding to emergencies as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for healthcare environments.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Monitor and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns within the location to the appropriate personnel.
• Support access control procedures by checking credentials and assisting individuals with entry as needed.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, visitors, and emergency personnel when situations arise.
• Assist with the implementation of emergency response plans and evacuation procedures when necessary.
• Maintain accurate and detailed logs of all security-related activities, incidents, and observations during each shift.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
