As a Front Desk Security Professional in a healthcare location, you will be the first point of contact, greeting visitors, assisting staff, and helping to deter security-related incidents by monitoring entry points and verifying credentials. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to individuals entering and exiting the facility by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Monitor the front desk area to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity within the healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Assist visitors, patients, and staff with directions and information as needed, while maintaining a professional presence.
• Document and report security-related incidents and/or unusual activities to the appropriate personnel.
• Support emergency response activities as required by site-specific guidelines and Allied Universal protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have 5 or more years of security-related experience.
• Have 3 or more years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or possess a college degree.
• Possess an armed guard card or license.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a valid New Jersey RPO certificate.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
