As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a government location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help maintain a secure environment. Your visible presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you provide outstanding customer service and clear communication to those on site. Fri 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM
Sat 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM
What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.
• Observe and report any suspicious activities or security-related concerns encountered during patrols.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with visitors, employees, and/or contractors as needed.
• Document all incidents and security-related activities according to Allied Universal protocols.
• Assist in controlling access to the location and monitor entry points as required by site-specific guidelines.
• Support emergency response efforts by following established procedures and coordinating with appropriate parties.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
