What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, in accordance with Allied Universal protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the assigned location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and report any suspicious behavior.
• Observe and report any security-related irregularities, hazards, or unusual occurrences encountered during patrols.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities and incidents as required by Allied Universal and site-specific guidelines.
• Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and staff to offer support and address concerns related to security-related matters.
• Remain alert to surroundings and conditions within the location, reporting any concerns to Allied Universal management and/or appropriate authorities.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least six months of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
