Security Officer - Full-Time-Overnight

The Dunbar team is looking for a reliable and dedicated individual to join our team as a part-time Security Officer. In this role, you will help ensure the safety and security of residents, visitors, and the property.

As a Security Officer, you will:

Deny access to unauthorized individuals and notify management or law enforcement as necessary Conduct regular inspections and use surveillance systems to identify potential concerns Respond promptly to incidents, conducting emergency services when necessary Deter theft, vandalism, and trespassing by enforcing rules and policies Digitally create incident and activity reports with detailed observations Greet and identify all personnel, contractors, and visitors entering the community Support property management with additional safety duties as assigned

Strong attention to detail and situational awareness The ability to remain calm and professional in difficult situations Clear, respectful communication skills Comfortable working indoors and outdoors during patrol Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as a part of a team

Scheduling:

This is a Full-time position averaging 35-40 hours per week, with flexibility to pick up additional shifts when available Shifts may include evening, weekends, and holidays depending on site needs
