As a Security Officer - Front Desk Manufacturing in ONTARIO, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Front Desk Security Officer with Allied Universal at a leading luxury manufacturing location, you will be the first point of contact for all visitors, employees, and guests. Your role is to help foster a welcoming and secure environment by managing access control, verifying credentials, responding to inquiries, and providing outstanding customer service. You will play a key part in helping to deter security-related incidents while upholding our values of agility, reliability, and integrity. What You'll Do:

• Greet and assist visitors and employees at the front desk, providing a high level of customer service while following all site-specific security-related procedures and protocols.
• Monitor access to the facility, verifying the identity of individuals entering and exiting the location in accordance with established policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, and contact emergency services when appropriate.
• Maintain detailed and accurate logs of daily activities, visitor check-ins, and other security-related events as required by Allied Universal and client procedures.
• Communicate professionally with all personnel, visitors, and clients to help to deter undesirable behavior and promote a secure environment within the facility.
• Follow all instructions and guidelines provided by Allied Universal and site management related to security-related operations at the front desk.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
