What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Monitor access control at the entrance, verifying credentials and authorizing entry to employees, contractors, and/or visitors as appropriate for a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk area in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Communicate professionally with individuals entering or exiting the location, addressing inquiries and providing appropriate directions or assistance.
• Maintain detailed and accurate logs of visitors, incidents, and other front desk activities according to established procedures.
• Support emergency response activities as directed, remaining at the front desk post to coordinate information and facilitate communication between relevant parties.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• A Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
