As a Security Professional - Education Main Desk in Radnor, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Education, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal, you will be the first point of contact at a prominent education location. Your primary responsibility will be to provide a welcoming presence, assist visitors, and manage access control while helping to deter security-related incidents. You will interact daily with students, staff, and visitors, delivering exceptional customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do:

• Greet and assist visitors, students, and/or staff members in a professional manner at the front desk of the location.
• Monitor access to the building and verify credentials of individuals entering the premises.
• Carry out security-related procedures and follow site-specific policies as directed by Allied Universal and the site management.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations with a calm, problem-solving approach.
• Document and report security-related incidents, unusual activity, and/or emergencies according to established protocols.
• Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and offering assistance to those at the location.
• Support emergency response activities as needed and communicate with Allied Universal management and on-site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• Being at least 21 years of age is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
