Job Description

```Duties```
- Patrol and monitor premises regularly to maintain a safe and secure environment
- Protect property and assets by enforcing access control and following security procedures
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to detect and prevent security breaches
- Respond to emergencies, such as medical incidents or fire alarms, and take appropriate actions
- Conduct investigations into incidents, accidents, or suspicious activities
- Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of security-related activities

```Experience```
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of CCTV systems and other security equipment
- Familiarity with loss prevention techniques and procedures
- Ability to perform CPR, first aid, and other emergency response procedures
- Strong conflict management skills to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally
- Excellent observation and surveillance skills to identify potential security risks
- Possession of relevant certificates or licenses (e.g., security guard license)
