Requirements:

MUST HAVE

an active or temporary Florida Class D Security License.

Background in Guest Relations or Customer Service is REQUIRED.

2+ years of security experience preferred. Must be flexible with shifts and available on weekends when needed. Comfortable working around and safely handling wild animals.

Responsibilities:

Engage with guests and provide outstanding customer service

to ensure a positive experience. Maintain a

safe and welcoming environment

for staff, guests, and animals. Conduct

bag checks

and enforce security protocols in a friendly yet professional manner.

Monitor and patrol premises

while maintaining a positive guest experience.

Respond to guest inquiries

and assist with conflict resolution professionally.

Observe and report

any safety concerns, including aquatic tank water levels and animal well-being.

Direct traffic and provide guidance

to guests as needed. Complete

incident reports

with detailed observations and witness statements.
