Conduct training, coaching, and performance evaluations for team members.

Handle scheduling, incident reporting, and daily operational oversight.
Maintain a professional and safe environment for clients and staff.
Requirements:
Previous experience in security management or supervisory role.
Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
