We are a growing security services company seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Security Manager to oversee and manage all company security licensing requirements with the Arkansas state security licensing agency. This role is critical to ensuring that our operations remain 100% compliant with all state regulations.

Position Overview

The Security Manager will handle all tasks related to obtaining, renewing, and maintaining company and employee security licenses with the appropriate Arkansas regulatory authorities. This is an on-call/as-needed role with no fixed hours, based on company licensing needs. Ideal for someone looking for flexible work while using their licensing expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all company security licensing with Arkansas state security regulatory agencies Ensure full compliance with state laws, regulations, and reporting requirements Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of licenses, permits, renewals, and certifications Submit applications, renewals, and updates on behalf of the company Liaise with state agencies, internal teams, and company leadership Monitor regulatory changes and advise management Conduct internal audits to ensure continuous compliance

Requirements

Must hold a valid Arkansas security manager/supervisor license (or equivalent state-required credential authorizing management of security licensing) Strong knowledge of Arkansas security licensing laws and regulations Prior experience in security management, compliance, or regulatory coordination Excellent organization, documentation, and communication skills Ability to manage deadlines. High level of integrity and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience working with the Arkansas State Police Security & Alarm Licensing Section Experience managing licensing for security companies Compliance or regulatory management background
