We are seeking a vigilant and dependable Security professional to protect our property, assets, and personnel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe environment through proactive surveillance, conflict management, and emergency response. This role requires a strong sense of responsibility, excellent observation skills, and the ability to handle various security situations with professionalism. Prior experience in law enforcement, military service, or security is highly valued. Duties

Monitor premises through CCTV surveillance systems to detect suspicious activity or security breaches Conduct regular patrols of the property to ensure safety and security protocols are followed Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, or emergencies, including medical incidents requiring first aid or CPR if certified Manage conflict situations with professionalism and de-escalation techniques Enforce access control policies by verifying identification and authorizations of visitors and staff Document incidents thoroughly in reports for future reference and legal purposes Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying theft or vandalism activities Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary Maintain a visible presence to deter potential threats and promote a secure environment

Experience

Prior experience in law enforcement, military service, or private security preferred Certifications in first aid and CPR are advantageous but not mandatory; training can be provided if needed Familiarity with surveillance systems such as CCTV is a plus Demonstrated ability to manage conflicts effectively and maintain composure under pressure Knowledge of security protocols, loss prevention strategies, and conflict management techniques Strong observational skills with attention to detail in monitoring environments
