Duties

Oversee daily security operations, including access control, surveillance, and incident response. Lead and coordinate security personnel to ensure prompt and professional handling of security issues. Conduct regular CCTV (Closed-Circuit Television) surveillance reviews and physical patrols to monitor premises for suspicious activity or potential threats. Manage conflict situations with professionalism and tact, utilizing conflict management skills to de-escalate incidents effectively. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during investigations or emergencies to ensure swift resolution. Implement loss prevention strategies by identifying vulnerabilities and enforcing security policies. Provide first aid assistance when necessary, including CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), ensuring immediate response during medical emergencies. Maintain detailed incident reports, shift logs, and security records accurately for accountability and review purposes. Train team members on emergency procedures, safety protocols, and the use of surveillance equipment. Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments to proactively address potential security issues.

Requirements

Proven experience in security management or law enforcement roles, demonstrating strong leadership capabilities. Certifications in first aid, CPR, and conflict management are highly desirable; willingness to obtain these certifications is required if not already held. Knowledge of CCTV systems, surveillance techniques, and loss prevention methods. Background in military or law enforcement service is advantageous due to familiarity with security protocols and emergency response procedures. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage conflicts calmly and effectively under pressure. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, or holidays as needed for continuous coverage. Excellent observational skills with keen attention to detail during patrols and surveillance activities.
