What You'll Do
Install, wire, and configure commercial security and life safety systems (access control, cameras, alarms, smart technology).
Program and integrate systems to meet client needs and ensure full functionality.
Troubleshoot, test, and fine-tune installations for accuracy and reliability.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, team members, and project managers.
Maintain a clean, organized workspace and uphold a professional appearance.
Follow through on commitments and ensure projects are completed to standard.
What We're Looking For
Prior experience in security systems, low voltage, or related installation work preferred (we're willing to train motivated candidates).
Familiarity with wiring, electrical basics, and construction site practices.
Strong communication skills: Able to speak confidently and respectfully with clients.
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Safety-minded and dependable; able to work independently or as part of a team.
A professional appearance and demeanor that reflects pride in your work.
Expectations Once Hired
Obtain NICET Level I certification within 1 year.
Obtain Limited Electrical Installer License within 2 years.

Schedule & Compensation
Full-time: Monday-Friday, 40-45 hours per week
