Job Description

Security Guards are needed for work in a mental health facility. Guards will cover the entrance, exits, and front desk of the facility. Guards will screen patrons to the facility, monitor CCTVs, and make periodic patrols. Sensitivity and mental discipline are essential.

Guards will encounter individuals who are verbally aggressive and combative. Guards MUST be able to maintain their composure and decorum at all times. This position will require a lot of standing and walking. The ability to pass a background investigation, along with the ability to speak, read, and write in English, is also essential.

There is a non-negotiable, mandatory paid 2-day training for this position on December 18th and December 19, 2025. The training will take place from 8AM to 4:30PM each day. The pay rate is $25-$27 per hour
